Author Indra Reeve

Indra Reeve spent eight years in management consulting in New York before realising she had organised her life into a flowchart she could not follow.

She left at thirty, moved west, and spent the next decade reading cognitive psychology, sitting in silence in places that did not have wifi, and learning — slowly, in handwriting, on the backs of takeaway menus — to want things out loud.

She now lives in California, where she writes, teaches small workshops on identity-based habit and embodied desire, and looks after a vegetable garden whose tomatoes never quite forgive her.

The 12-Week Quiet Manifest is her first book. She is at work on her second, The Receiving Year — a slower companion to this one, on the muscle most adult women under-train.

She is, by professional training, a behavioural scientist. She is, by self-description, a recovering flowchart.

The Twelve Weeks

One practice per week, layered.
